Free tax filing help is available to residents living with low income

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region residents who earn a low income, or who have no income, can get help with filing their taxes for free. Through tax filing, eligible residents can access benefits and credits that could put money in their pockets and help cover basic needs. There are more than 40 benefits and credits in Ontario; many can only be accessed through tax filing.
